Braquel Cordes has her game on and I would highly recommend her! Considering my home was very difficult to comp because there weren’t any similar in Marion Township she happened to be spot on with the asking price. Photos accompanying my listing assisted in the buyer activity we received. Sold in a few days over asking price.
